Last week, my old team ran away from BPO stress and headed to Puerto Princesa. None of us had been there, which made the trip more exciting. Tamad as I am, I purposely left my camera in Manila, plus I knew for sure that my companions could easily take a thousand pictures!
And here are some of our photos.
Check in was already closed at 11:45am. I didn't realize that our flight had been moved from 12:30PM to 12:15PM. He let us in anyway. Thanks Mr. Airphil!
Turns out the plane hadn't even landed yet. Our flight was delayed.
Welcome to Puerto Princesa!
First time I'm loving my hair on my face. Haha.
Famished but we still posed by our tricycle before heading to Balinsasayaw for a super late lunch!
Balinsasayaw
Veggies, Calamares, Balinsasayaw Rice, Garlic Shrimp, Lechon Kawali
Croc farm (Palawan Wildlife Rescue and Conservation Park)
Behind us - skin and skeleton of a large croc that ate a local fisherman. Bad croc!
Nothing special here but I love our pose.
Mitra Ranch
Lady tricycle driver
Honda Bay Tour
Pambato Reef
Lunch at Snake Island
Inihaw na liempo, Hilabos na hipon, Itlog na maalat, Inihaw na Isda, Talong, Manggang hilaw and Bagoong, Bananas
Shirley, Jhoey and Carla fooling around with bread for our fishy friends.
Here fishy fishy.
Isla Pandan
After a relaxing massage, I had the best halo-halo. Its the best because milk and ice were refillable. Gotta love that!
White Beach
Dinner at Bilao and Palayok
Candidates of Binibining Underground River
Getting ready to leave the Subterranean National River Park
Sheridan Sabang
Kalui Art
Fish Cordon Bleu
Puerto Princesa must be a great place to live in. The cleanest and greenest and just a couple of hours away from sand, water and reef. Seafood is cheap and people are friendly. Because of Palawan, I'm already thinking about my future retirement.
Another memorable 4 days with my team - people I've grown to love. Can't wait for our next escape from Manila.

hi naku mare, pang hotel ang beauty mo so i'm sure puerto princesa isn't your thing. i know you so well. haha.
Oh my God TL! Welcome back to the blogosphere! I miss your articles!
haha, what i meant was boring sa city mismo, you really have to go out of puerto. eh since work ako dun, hindi ko nakita yang pinuntahan nyo. Yes stuck in my lousy hotel room. next stop nyo should be bantayan island cebu, you guys will love it there!
hi third! facebook is taking so much of my time. i'm so unproductive!
mare, i want to see bohol.
TL, if you're planning to go to Bohol, prepare a lot of cash for transpo. Tatagain ka ng mga taxi and traysikel dun hanggang leeg because they're not regulated.
Hay TL, I felt the need to be back to blogging. I might experience imbecility like the cases that I've been reading.
I think Bohol won't happen anytime soon. Need to pay my debts first. Hehe.
So where are you blogging now Third? I miss thinkerthird. Is it up again?
Yup. He he. And a fan fic of people you don't know so it won't interest you at all.
By the way TL, I've learned from several people that Airphil has this reputation of making their flight skeds earlier so that passengers who have arrived just on time will appear to be late making them "forced" to book for the next flight, thus, paying for more when almost all of their flights are delayed. Our family friend just had one case escalated. Kung di siya nahigh blood, di siya makakasakay sa flight na yun.
